number of cables are inserted into a steering wheel, and the direction of the cable will change -- it will become counterclockwise, and
the torsion force of the cable will be released when rewinding.
When the anti-clockwise steering wheel into the cable also reached a certain number, the construction elevator cable reverse torsion
force reached a certain degree, the direction of the cable will change - back to clockwise, and then the cable torsion fork began to
release, the cable spiral direction and torsion force showed alternate changes.
From practice, although the coiling way make the torque in the whole process of the cable not too big, but the existence of the
torsional force, still can make the construction lifter cable deformation occurs, as long as it is on the cable itself into circle rather
than block, the torque can't eliminate, so still need to make some improvements in the design of the cable itself.
The concrete method is to thicken the rubber sheath of the construction lift cable to increase its elasticity, which can ensure that the
whole cable will not be deformed when it bears larger torsion force. Cancel the padding filled with hemp rope in the cable, so that the
rubber can be embedded into the gap of each core wire when making the cable sheath. When the cable is subjected to torsion force,
the core wires will not shift and cause cable deformation. Air wire with sheathing is added to the center of the cable to strengthen the
whole cable.
