Main components of construction lifts


1. Drive device: the drive device is driven by three motors, mounted on the top of the hanging cage, meshing with the rack on the guide rail through pinion, driving the hanging cage up and down. The driving device consists of motor, coupling, reducer, pinion and drive frame.


2. Anti-falling safety device: the construction elevator adopts progressive safety device, which is installed on the safety device board in the hanging cage. It can restrict the overspeed running of the hanging cage and effectively prevent the falling accident of the hanging cage. When the lowering speed of the cage exceeds 51.6m /min, the anti-fall safety device immediately ACTS to brake the cage smoothly on the guide rail and cut off the power supply, so as to ensure the safety of the life of the passengers and the integrity of the equipment. The braking distance is 0.25 ~ 1.2m.


3. Pulley system: when the height of the lift is higher (the general height is more than 100m), due to the restriction of the height of power supply and cable machinery, the intermediate power supply mode is needed to use the pulley system to store moving cables.


Pulley system is divided into: beam, cable pulley, cable retainer, cable conduit, cable guide frame. The cable conduit is to fix the cable in the middle of the elevator; The cable retainer is set to protect the cable. When the elevator is running, the cable is inside the retainer to prevent the cable from winding with other equipment nearby during the operation.
