If one of the sensors fails to detect the guide rail, the control system will cut off the power of the lift to avoid derailment of the lift.


Installation steps and methods


1, lift base (base) installation and leveling level. Place the jack-up platform in place so that the center line of the sleeve frame and the center line of the column coincide.


2. Install the rod on the self-lifting platform and wear the wire rope. Install the first set of column, put the standard section into the sleeve frame, and connect with the base bolt. The net distance of track surface of the vertical column should be controlled within 1985mm, and the vertical deviation should be no more than 1.5‰.


3. Place the lifting pulley on the top of the installed two columns and thread and wind the lifting wire rope. Electric hoist is used to lift the jack-up platform. Retract the telescopic card to the fixed position, until the bottom of the telescopic card is flush with the first grid on the top surface of the column, reset the telescopic card board, relax the lifting wire rope, remove the lifting pulley and place it on the platform.


4. Install the standard section of the second group with a rod. Before tightening the bolts, ensure that the first group and the second group are in the same vertical line, with the deviation at the joint less than 0.5mm. Install and fix the pressure beam.


5. Install and strengthen the inclined brace, and tighten the connection bolts of the above parts. Check the vertical deviation of the standard section installed in the lift, and adjust it to meet the requirements.


6, check the pressure and weight connection is reliable. Install the hoist and install grounding device according to regulations.


7. Put it into the hanging basket, wrap the wire rope, and install the linkage safety device. At this time, the lift is basically installed. Send the third group of standard sections into the basket, lift the basket to the limit height, then install the rod to the third group of standard sections, place the lifting pulley on the top of the third group of standard sections, and repeat step 6 lifting platform.


8, continue to raise the door frame to the specified first use height, in the corresponding height to install the elevator good parking bracket, can be put into trial operation. When the erection height of the portal frame rises to 6m, the first attachment shall be set, and the next one shall be added every 3m.
