The tower crane should have sufficient working space, no obstacles within the lifting arm lifting and turning radius, and sufficient lighting equipment for night operation.

It is necessary to have a comprehensive understanding of the working site environment, driving roads, overhead wires, buildings and components weight and distribution before operation.

The luffing indicator, torque limiter and various travel limiter switches and other safety protection devices of the tower crane must be complete, sensitive and reliable, and shall not be adjusted or removed at will.

It is forbidden to lift some overloaded objects, tower crane, or heavy objects buried or condensed on the ground by using tower crane for inclined lifting, cable-stayed lifting or lifting. Concrete members of the parapet board manufacturers and construction sites must be loosened before lifting.
